My husband had an impromptu business trip he had to leave for 2 weeks earlier than he was suppose to. During that time my current car started acting funny. I had to park it and drive my husbands vehicle whil for 2 weeks earlier than he was suppose to. During that time my current car started acting funny. It was getting closer for him to come home and I knew when he got back I wouldn't be able to drive his truck anymore, so we started looking for a vehicle. I had lowered my choice to 3 and started testing out dealerships. When I arrived at Windward Hyundai, I was instantly greeted by Michael Torres. He was so personable and friendly that we hit it off the bat immediately. He showed me to the vehicles I was looking at but my eyes wandered to a metallic sky blue 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. He was very thorough in explaining the car inside and out. He let me enjoy the car during the test drive. He also understood that I wanted to wait till my husband came back to fully commit to the car. Michael stayed in touch as well as Stephanie and Amber. Every conversation was pleasant and nice. No pushing or bullying. When I brought my husband in, he felt the same way as I. When we started talking about numbers (the part I hate) they did everything in their power to make it easier on us and get us to where we felt comfortable. Once we agreed, it was all easy as cake after that. We signed and drove off the lot and into the sunset :) More

The sales managers who your receptionist recommend to see weren't available so Mike Torres was called to assist us. We explained our intentions, which was to get some quotes on a new Hyundai with a trade_in. Well, with the bonuses Mike was able to offer was still a little too high for us. So Mike put in our offer with Quentin Holt and he tried to explain the costs. At that time he asked what kind of figures we had in mind and he had some used trades that were recent trades that could possibly fit our needs. We were ready to leave and wanted to consider the offer when he said he would offer us a deal that would only apply for today, so we listened. Being way past lunch, after 2 pm, we wanted to leave because we had my 92 yr. old mother-in-law with us all this time. But anyway your gang wanted to get everything signed and have us on our way with the new car. The problem I noticed was that the car wasn't really cleaned as you would expect for a car that's ready to go. I mentioned that to Mike and he made an effort to sweep up the concerns and said that the best crew of detailers had gone through the car. I couldn't believe the the trouble trying to remove the water spots on the outer windows. It seemed as though the car went through an automatic wash n wax car wash and the tires were painted. I opened the engine compartment and it was all dusty like a years worth of driving dust and dirt was in there. The vent portion of the windshield had leaves and stuff still there, like it was there for a while. The car seems to be alright but it seems to miss when cold started and the oil fill was above the full line. In their haste, I don't think your staff knew that the car was in that condition just looking at it from the outside. Anyway we left your place at about 4pm. I hope this will help you to make sure things are as they should or would think it should be for any new customers.
