Scheduled appointment on Tuesday for Friday and they called me on Friday 15 min before the appointment stating they can not do it. I was very disappointed and stated they needed to get it done. The once the finished the install the we’re missing a part and was told it’s now going to cost more. It took forever to get this part and now I have to wait and pay more for the missing part. No apology’s or anything. And their fee they tack on are high and have never been charged hazardous disposal fee for an install this is normally charged when changing oil or batteries. Very disappointed in the experience I had. More

Could not get the same person on the phone more than 1 or 2x. When I requested a copy of my invoice, I was told "sorry can't help you I'm clocked out" over the phone. This ordeal started in Sept 2022 was not resolved until Jan 27th, 2023. I understand parts being on back order, I do not understand getting any updates periodically. considering our vehicle was there for so long. Seems like management is stretched thin. Would not honor price originally quoted from a service advisor. Not my fault that advisor no longer works for your dealership. When I did speak with a manager, and I was calmly trying to impart my concerns and was spoken over, the manager even acknowledged that he cut me off, seemed like he did not want to hear out my concerns. I wished him luck. More
