Stay away from this dealership if you need any type of repairs. Brought my car in for a CEL emissions issue, that should of been covered under warrant, and was quoted almost $1k to maybe fix the issue. In repairs. Brought my car in for a CEL emissions issue, that should of been covered under warrant, and was quoted almost $1k to maybe fix the issue. Incompetent technicians who just want to throw parts onto vehicles without having the proper DTC codes. Dealership doesn't even have a Service Manager. Honda should be ashamed of this franchise. Great place to purchase a vehicle though. I have purchased multiple vehicles from the sales department. Maybe they should just close the Service department. More

"Oh, sorry we forgot." 80 dollars to replace windshield wipers for Inspection. I had to wait over 14 days for a part to come in. I called after the promised time, and the part had not been ordered. Meanwhile I’m driving with a rejected inspection sticker. Went to my regular shop and found out that Honda had improperly installed my power steering pump. I felt uneasy with the service representative, but they had already put a rejected sticker on my car and suggested that I make 5,000 dollars in repairs. I asked what was necessary for inspection and the price when down to 500 dollars. Stay away from the Williamsburg Honda Service Department. I love Hondas, but stay away from WMB Honda Service unless you have a brand new car under their warranty. . More
I was looking at a truck (stock HOH4309N) and was in the dealership Wednesday night told that the truck wasn’t going to be ready till Saturday, I texted Kylie on Friday afternoon to check to see if the truc dealership Wednesday night told that the truck wasn’t going to be ready till Saturday, I texted Kylie on Friday afternoon to check to see if the truck was complete in the shop. She responded back that it was in the shop and still in the air. She texted me back a couple of hours later telling me that the truck was sold. When I was in the dealership, I offered to put down a deposit to hold the truck and she told me to test drive the truck first, before putting down a deposit. It’s sad that Williamsburg Honda and Kylie would operate like this. More

Service rep was rude and merely shrugged me off when after each hour I asked what was going on with my car. The service manager called me with profuse apologies for this horrible rep who messed up by NOT putting the service in the computer and neglecting to fix the problem. He said I would be getting a call from the GM who supposedly was also upset over this fiasco, That never happened. Shame on Williamsburg Honda. They have lost a couple of loyal customers and also lost a new sale over this mess. More
DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND GENDER DISCRIMINATION. Stay away from Williamsburg Honda!! I've been going to Williamsburg Honda for 2-3 years. Last year during my vehicle inspection, service department n Stay away from Williamsburg Honda!! I've been going to Williamsburg Honda for 2-3 years. Last year during my vehicle inspection, service department noted that my front windshield wipers and rear wipers were starting to get a little damaged. I had them replace the rubber on the rear wiper. They passed my vehicle. This year, they noted the same issues, but I did not have them replace anything and they gave me a rejection this time. The person service desk person, Grant, was rude and condescending to me (young female). More
I recently bought a 2019 Honda crv, the sales person Jessica was fantastic, down hill from there. Only got 1 set of keys for car, I emailed them several times no one got back to me, even though it says Jessica was fantastic, down hill from there. Only got 1 set of keys for car, I emailed them several times no one got back to me, even though it says you will hear from us within 24 hours that was 5 days ago. The way I see it if an owner of a car does not turn in 2 sets of keys that should not be the problem for the new owner. The dealership should provide 2 sets of keys, they make enough money on these cars to keep the new owner happy. The car is good, cost of another key is between 250.00-285.00 this is not fair to the new owner. More
My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 CR-V. We couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. We worked with Vitaly (if I spelled you name wrong I truly apologize) on the sale of the vehicle. He was v be more pleased with the customer service. We worked with Vitaly (if I spelled you name wrong I truly apologize) on the sale of the vehicle. He was very helpful and could answer any questions we had. He could tell you about every feature the vehicle had and helped us set things up. I can honestly say this was the easiest purchase of a vehicle we have had. Not pushy and won’t blow your phone up. From our experience they foster a no hassle car buying experience. David the sales manager was very helpful sorting out a minor issue we had. He and the sales team will go above and beyond to meet your needs! Thanks again guys! Note: To be completely honest, the service department is a work in progress. It won’t keep us from using them, we understand that the current state we are all in with Covid is very difficult on many businesses. More
Just wanted to update my experience with Williamsburg honda. We have bought 5 cars there since 2017. Our sales person was always Tetyana Hart. She is outstanding! Goes above and beyond for her custom honda. We have bought 5 cars there since 2017. Our sales person was always Tetyana Hart. She is outstanding! Goes above and beyond for her customers. But when it comes down to getting the price worked out that is in the hands of the manager. We had one problem in the past with a certified crv that we got for my wife "car #2". And to tell you the truth I really thought we were going to be stuck with it. But Chris Robinson was one of the sales managers there at the time and worked things out for us. We did lose our property tax that we paid on the lemon CRV but Chris told me as long as we came back and stayed loyal Williamsburg honda customers he and the dealership would always do right by us. And he kept that word. We went on to buy two more cars under Chris as sales manager and he kept his word. Now I was looking to by car number six from Williamsburg Honda and Chris no longer works there. David Gosselin is the new manager we have to deal with. And when I reach out to my sales person Tetyana Hart to tell her what price I have found out there. She of course has to go through David Gosselin and he comes back with a insulting offer. Like it's the first time we were buying from Williamsburg honda! We will no longer be buying anymore Hondas from Williamsburg honda. Because of David Gosselin. But we still will buy Hondas. Just somewhere else. So in my opinion customer loyalty under David Gosselin means nothing to him! He is all about making a buck! More
Feel ripped off after 2016 crv moon roof stuck in tilt position. 296 dollars for motor, 400 dollars for labor. Seriously?
