Dealership financing department nightmare I went through Toyota financial services to pay for my 2014 Rav4. Jack Sherman filled out all the paperwork and I dove the car home. I eventually pay I went through Toyota financial services to pay for my 2014 Rav4. Jack Sherman filled out all the paperwork and I dove the car home. I eventually payed the Rav4 off early. When I inquired about getting a letter of lien release for my title, Toyota financial said I wrote down the wrong SSN / last # incorrect, and they would not release any info. I went to Jack Sherman, seeing as they filled out all the paperwork, and they said they couldn't help me either. Sooo, now I'm fighting with Toyota Financial to get the paperwork corrected. I faxed a copy of my SSN and related forms they had me fill out. Called them back and they said they never received them. AUGHHHHH !!! What a total nightmare !! Toyota financial says they did close out the loan and notified DMV and told me to check with them. I did, DMV say lien still open. It's like nobody gives a crap. DON'T use Toyota Financing, or let Jack Sherman do anything related to your financing. It's just Poor customer service all the way around. Not pleased at all. More
