I found a new grand highlander from them, I called them and asked if they would sell out of state. They said yes. They sent me an email with detailed pricing. I asked to put a deposit on the vehicle, which and asked if they would sell out of state. They said yes. They sent me an email with detailed pricing. I asked to put a deposit on the vehicle, which they said they can’t do until it is in freight mode. I said Ok, call me asap and I will put it down immediately. They just called me and told me that the vehicle had been sold to someone locally because those people are allowed to put down a deposit. I specifically asked them if they would sell this vehicle to someone out of state. Don’t appreciate being lied to by Kimberly Taylor and the sales managers at Williams Toyota of Binghamton. More
The worse customer service I have ever had. Picked up my car after repair being told alignment was not perfect but within specifications. What a ride home. Returned car to be checked out and was told it floated a little a city speeds. Imagine that at 65 on dry roads the car would glide over a foot every so often. I dove again on wet roads and was scary. Was never told in beginning that more parts were needed or service done. Then when I had repair the manager wanted receipts of where I had repaired. Why didn’t he have a estimate ready since he always made it sound he would repair anything that was paid for like the tires I tried ordering but had to get them elsewhere also. I wonder to myself if an older person had pick up their car in that condition that they would have wrecked on the way home. Shame on you all there at WILLIAMS More

Picked up my new Toyota Camry last week...floor mat was dirty, I had to ask the sales associate where the manual was located and I was not given the window sticker. Scott Ferris was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had an issue that occurred after my car was at Jack Sherman for diagnostics that required my dash to be pulled apart. Scott offered no resolution, but admitted that they must have dislodged a part during their diagnostics. My husband also found a blot that should have been somewhere in my dash on the floor of the car. They refused to help with this issue. Beware. More
Found the car we were looking for right off. Jeff Klieger was friendly and efficient. When he didn't know the answer to our questions he researched and found the answers immediately. When the service folks misplaced the trailer hitch cover when cleaning the car, Jeff located a new one and sent it on to us. So far we're happy with the vehicle and look forward to some good travel experiences. We'll be sure to check back with Jeff when we go shopping for another vehicle. More
