He set us up an appointment the following morning to go look at the car that my daughter wanted we were there about an hour and was able to get us approved and taken care of within that hour after giving them our information. They got my daughter in the car she wanted with no hassel. Argenis was also awesome getting all our paper work done we arrived back at the dealer to sign the paper work a little hungry and he was nice enough to serve us some of their lunch. This was the smoothest and fastest no hassel car buying experience we have ever had. More

We called and talked to Joel Rodriguez and lined up a time to go there My wife and I saw a Chevy Terrain for sale on the internet at West Coast Auto. When we got there he was busy with another customer, but instead of making us wait for him, he introduced us to Cesar Velasco. Cesar showed us the Terrain. We also saw a BMW Suv We test drove both cars. Cesar was very informed on both cars and showed us the car fax on both cars. There was no sales pressure on buying either cars from Cesar. We did decide to get the BMW. Albert Aboujaoude handled the paper work and showed us the kelly blue book on the car. We have bought a lot of cars over the years from different dealers and have walked out when we thought we were being lied to. These guys tell you everything and you don't feel like you are being pressured. I can't say enough nice things about Cesar. He was very friendly, knowledgable. Never once did we feel pressured to purchase. He was kind and helpful through the whole process, great customer service! During our first transaction we worked with Rick & Sam for financing, they did a great job in negotiating with the banks to get us a great rate & warranty. Due to our great experience in January, we visited again this month for the purchase of our 2nd car! We worked again with Cesar, due to how great he was the first time around. We truly enjoy building lasting relationships when it comes to such important purchases. He remembered us completely, and was so kind to ask how we were doing &, how the 328i was doing as well. Caesar had the SUV we were looking at pulled up front for us before we arrived to make our process as easy as possible. We decided to move forward and worked with Argenis for financing. Again, such a great guy, and very informative! He explained all our options, and really pushed for us to get an even better rate with the banks! He also included the headlights to be polished, all tires to be checked for air, and put gas in the SUV for us before we left. At the end of the day this dealership is clearly #1 for customer service. Every employee we have worked with, or passed by is always so gracious and nice. Always ensuring we were comfortable and relaxed. Buying a car is always nerve-wracking but West Coast ALWAYS makes us feel so at ease with our decisions and purchases! However, based on past dealings with numerous car dealerships, I was expecting another tedious process before I could get a final approval. To my pleasant surprise, the call was very brief and to the point. A few hours later, they called to let me know of the final approval. The office visit was pretty much the same, as I even told them this was the shortest time I've spent buying a car from a dealer. To top it all, Raji even drove my car home as I was driving another car. Great service! More
