Raji Jajieh returned our phone calls and showed us the vehicle a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Raji was very friendly and helpful and took us on a test drive. He did a great job, but the Jeep had little gas in it and was not very clean. Argenis Correa presented us with the price of the Jeep he was our least favorite because he would not budge on any extras. I wanted the letter badging repaired and the price of the tint removed. He was stubborn and just point to a sign above him that read "No VERBAL PROMISES!" Sam Hijazi was very funny he made me laugh. He was firm on the price also and would not give us any extras to help close the deal. He was pushing us to buy the warranty. He made my laugh because he kept saying if you don't buy the warranty I can't make enough money to eat lunch or pay my staff in the office. Needless to say we bought the Jeep anyway. Rick Ihmud helped us with the loan paperwork and he was awesome. He had the best firm handshake out of all of them. Rick was friendly and processed our loan documents quickly. Rick even gave me $20.00 for gas! The only extra out of the whole deal! Thank you guys :) More

Mario was great!! I recently went to West Coast Auto to have my 2005 Acura TL serviced. I spoke with Mario, the Service Manager, two days earlier to set up an appointm I recently went to West Coast Auto to have my 2005 Acura TL serviced. I spoke with Mario, the Service Manager, two days earlier to set up an appointment for 9:00 AM. I was worried that I may not be able to make it on time as I had a long distance to go and you never know what traffic will be like in the LA area. Mario said not to worry about it, if I got there late, they would still take me right in. I actually ended up being a few minutes early and Mario was right there to take care of things. Mario collected all the information he needed and made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting area. The service was one of those that takes a few hours, and Mario was constantly in and out checking on myself and other people waiting to have their vehicles serviced. When everything was done, the car was washed and the repairs were done perfectly. An item that I had thought needed repair turned out to be OK. Mario could have gone ahead and had the technician do the work, but instead opted to not have it done. These guys know what they are doing and are very honest. Something I observed while I was there, was a gentleman brought his vehicle in saying there was a problem with the lights on his vehicle. Mario had him pull the vehicle over into a parking spot and told the man to wait in the waiting area. Mario went and got a technician, they went out to look at the vehicle. A short time later Mario comes back into the waiting room and hands the keys to the man and tells him that it is all fixed now. The man asks how much does he owe and Mario tells him, nothing. It was a 5 minute fix and he was not going to charge the man for that. That is the type of place West Coast Auto is. More

Excellent customer service may not always end up yielding high returns on a case-by-case basis (which was probably the case with my purchase from them), but what they don’t gain in the short term, they get back exponentially in their long game. Excellent reviews, word-of-mouth referrals, and repeat customers are the gifts that keep on giving! Why more businesses haven’t figured out this simple strategy, I’ll never understand… Anyway, on to my review: My car was declared a total loss in an accident and I had to find something to replace it. I did a lot of research online for cars in my area and I decided to head over to Westcoast to test drive and potentially buy a Hyundai Santa Fe. I’m usually pretty good about knowing what I want before making a big purchase, so I was really hoping that I would be getting a straightforward experience without all the needless song and dance. Luckily, that’s what I got from both Cesar and Argenis! When we first walked on the lot, Cesar came up to help us. He was very laid back and personable and didn’t pressure us in any way to look at other cars or to buy. He was knowledgeable about the features and a sincerely friendly guy (sincerely being the key word here). There were many more expensive cars on the lot, but I never felt like I was getting less than amazing service. I think it was the no-pressure experience that made me decide to go for the car (having worked in commission sales for a couple of years, I appreciated this even more!). After I decided to go for the car, there was the obligatory handoff to the financial guy/internet manager (Argenis) to seal the deal. For being a first time buyer at a dealer, Argenis was able to work his magic to finance me at a great finance rate. Though he did start pitching me the warranties and the add-ons, he was really receptive and stopped almost mid-sentence when I told him that I wouldn’t be interested in any of it. I liked that he matched my communication style, and that he was direct and to-the-point. The excellent cat artwork he had on his mini-fridge was also an added bonus! The only aspect of the purchase that I thought wasn’t as forthcoming was the aftermarket tint they added on to the original advertised price. The advertised price was $11,700, and then they charged me $799 after-the-fact for the tint that was already on the car when I arrived at the dealership. This was the only reason that I hesitated to purchase the car and almost went home to think on it and search for other cars. It seemed a bit underhanded- an honest representation would have been to list the car for $12,499. When all was said and done though, there was low enough miles on the car, the interior was really really clean, the total price was reasonable, the finance rate was good, and the service was no-pressure once I communicated my intentions to them. When I drove off the lot that evening, I ended up having some cosmetic issues with the car, and though they didn’t technically have to, they agreed to fix it for me and got back to me promptly when I had questions. Thanks Cesar and Argenis! Despite any negatives, a used dealership that stands behind the product that they sell you, even after you drive it off the lot, might be akin to finding a needle in a haystack or maybe even stumbling on to a double- no… triple rainbow. It’s for that reason that I would recommend Westcoast Auto! More

Only thing I didn't like about the dealership is that I was charged extra money for things I didn't ask for on the car such as "tinted windows" at a premium price. It's there way of making money via other accessories. But Albert gave me a great deal on the car so it wasn't to bad. More

He literally MADE my car buying experience. Not only was he very friendly and courteous, but he went the extra mile for me on my car finance. You don't even have to ask, he will find ways to get you a better deal. I drove off knowing I got a great deal because of Albert. Thank you Albert and I'll for sure be back again for my next purchase. More
