Talk about an amazing car buying experience, Albert highly exceeded our expectations! He is not your average "car salesman" and my fiance and I never once felt like he was "selling" us anything, rather highly exceeded our expectations! From the very first phone call with Albert, I felt as though I was talking to a friend, who asked the right questions to understand what is most important to me. After establishing my main goals, which I really did not know yet, we started talking about vehicle specifics and timing. To be honest, I actually turned Albert down and decided not to purchase a car and to wait. After sleeping on it and much discussion with the fiance, we both felt that Albert had our best interest in mind and we should buy a car from him at Westcoast Auto Sales. I cant say enough how pleased we both are with the pre-buying and buying experience with Albert and Westcoast. This is the first time I was not begging to leave the dealership and rushing the process.
