I heard about this dealership online and sent an email requesting more information and I immediately heard back from Albert. He answered all my questions and even called me to better assist me. I didn't feel any pressure to go to the dealership that instant, but something about Albert's professionalism and friendliness made me want to go that same day. I went with my fiance and from the moment our feet stepped into their dealership we felt welcomed. Every sales person was professional and greeted us with a charming smile. We were able to test drive the car and they answered every and any question we had. We didn't feel the need to haggle the price, I mean how could we? Their deals are all exceptional for the quality of the cars. We were ready to buy the car so we met with Albert in his office, I was firm in the deal I wanted and how much I wanted to pay monthly so he was very informative about our options and very honest. The hardest part about anything whether buying a house or a car is finding an honest sales person who wants to give you the best deal. To our fortune Albert and Sam were those people in our purchase, honest people who are looking to get their customers the best deal possible. The process was quick and easy. Sam is unlike any GM I have every met, he is someone who truly cares about his customer and their experience. He was very charming and pleasant to talk with. He made our deal happen and despite it being past their work hours not once did we feel uncomfortable. In the end we were able to purchase a 2009 Mercedes-Benz M-Class and couldn't be happier. This dealer was extremely helpful in getting me into my Lexus IS250 . My credit isn't the best and I was getting very high rates offered by banks but the manager was willing to go out of his way and find t Lexus IS250 .
