I do not look forward to car shopping/purchasing. However, my daughter had a good experience with Mr. DiPasquale (Johnny D) at Doan so I thought I would give him/it a try. I had worked with a different dealership and sales person for many years and did not intend to purchase a vehicle on the day I visited. Much to my surprise, I did buy that day. However, the actual transaction turned out to be quite complicated. It was a bumpy ride. Mr. DiPasquale was simply wonderful. He troubleshooted, answered any and all my questions, made himself always available and was generally a joy to work with. I truly believe he went above and beyond to assure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. If he could not be physically present when I was at the dealership. he always arranged for me to meet with a staff person who was familiar with my situation. Kudos to Johnny D and Doan. Customer Service over the phone or online or in person is great. Several people offered me coffee as I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. This is my fifth purchase with doan dodge. Nobody wants to buy a car from a salesman. They want to buy it from somone who is honest, have the customers best interest in hand and someone who treats you like your important no matter how big or small the deal is. Jonny is the reason I have come back and continue to reccomend Doan dodge. I believe so far I have sent over at least 10 people who have bought cars from Jonny and all have shared the same experinece.
