I gave a rating of good instead of great because I still can't stand the entire car buying experience. I do not look forward to car shopping/purchasing. However, my daughter had a good experience with Mr. DiPasquale (Johnny D) at Doan so I thought I would give him/it a try. I had worked with a different dealership and sales person for many years and did not intend to purchase a vehicle on the day I visited. Much to my surprise, I did buy that day. However, the actual transaction turned out to be quite complicated. It was a bumpy ride. Mr. DiPasquale was simply wonderful. He troubleshooted, answered any and all my questions, made himself always available and was generally a joy to work with. I truly believe he went above and beyond to assure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. If he could not be physically present when I was at the dealership. he always arranged for me to meet with a staff person who was familiar with my situation. Kudos to Johnny D and Doan.
