My 2004 Jeep Liberty was getting very worn down and I kept having to fix it. After looking at another dealership in the area, I went to the Doan dealership on west Ridge road. I was convinced that I wasn't able to trade in my 2004 Jeep for a new one because the dealership that I previously went to did not give me a fair and comfortable price. As soon as I walked into Doan, I was greeted with great customer service. Wayne worked with me and got me into a 2011 new Jeep liberty! I love my new car! Financing was explained to us with different options too. She seemed to know so much about everything that it made our visit most enjoyable, not even minding all the paperwork. When we picked up the car she was there to greet us offering coffee, sitting in the car going over every detail, making recommendations, etc. Our overall experience was GREAT and we will recommend Marlene and Doan to our friends and family. This is our 2nd purchase of a new car from Doan. Keep up the good work More
