Warranty dispute. Dealer did stand behind their work In august the transmission went on my 2009 dodge Dakota. I had it towed to a dodge dealer feeling they were the experts on my truck. I ended up replac In august the transmission went on my 2009 dodge Dakota. I had it towed to a dodge dealer feeling they were the experts on my truck. I ended up replacing the transmission with a rebuilt one and was told it had a 2 yr. warranty. Last week, 2 months later, tranny began shifting erratically and check engine light came on, with a computer code of p0750, indicating a problem with the shift solenoid. Doan charged me an additional $884.00, declaring this was not covered under warranty. They had to drop the pan, remove the solenoid body and replace the solenoid. How is this not a transmission issue? never use this crooked dealer again. Time to buy a chevy. 10/30/2017 Doan contacted me and said they would cover cost of repair More
