Again, fantastic service! I purchased a certified, pre-owned Ram from Doan about a week ago. I developed a shake at highway speeds (it simply ended up being a wheel that threw a weight). Anyway, again I dealt with John Dimartino who was nothing less than amazing. But the real star was the service mechanic I dealt with, John Cody. He took the time to explain to me what it was that he found that was causing the issue, and what he did to repair it. Here is the kicker, after I drove it home, about an hour later, he called to me ask how the ride was and if I felt there was any persistent problem with the shaking (Due to my path home, I didn't have to be too long on the highway) but I told him that it seems to be fine, he then reassured me that if I needed to bring it back in, that they would take care of it. Amazing service again!! Now who cares enough to call after you have picked up a vehicle from service? Really, who does that Doan does! More
