When buying a car by myself in the past I have expierienced a great deal of judgemental salesman. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT DOAN! From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated with a great deal of respect (something I am not accustomed to). I was paired up with a very good salesman who was more than happy to accommodate to my requests. I have owned the car for a couple of months now and have no regrets. They got me in my new car within a few hours, and at a very fair price (below KBB value). I have had no issues with the car and will highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

2017 Ram Laramie Longhorn 10,900 mile I would like to update my review and my rating for Doan Dealership. While admittedly I was frustrated initially with this purchase the dealership has I would like to update my review and my rating for Doan Dealership. While admittedly I was frustrated initially with this purchase the dealership has worked incredibly hard to make the situation right and I believe that needs to be noted and the record updated. They have satisfied all my outstanding concerns and have extended some excellent customer service and service recovery efforts. I would like to thank them for their efforts and can say I would recommend them for a future purchase I bought a 2017 Ram Laramie Longhorn and got it for a reasonable price point, at least I thought I did. First off a vehicle of this level should be (Ram Certified) in nearly new condition. My experience first was that someone in the service area allowed it to roll out with one tire that was nearly 80% used up, at least compared to the others. It went flat on day 3 and I needed to argue with the dealer to get reimbursed. Next I found that the washer fluid system did not work. I live 2 hours from this dealer and 20 miles from any Ram dealer. They forced me to a dealer for repair which will take up hours of my time. Not sure if the tire guy filled the reservoir with non winter fluid or if the motor is defective, either way should not happen on a certified Truck 3 days into purchase. Simply horrible customer service and expect little help when something goes wrong. More
