Oil change Went in for an oil change and possible tire rotation. Poor service and nobody cares at Doan! I took my car in the other day as it appeared the car was having the same problem that they serviced once before. Now they tell me I need additional I took my car in the other day as it appeared the car was having the same problem that they serviced once before. Now they tell me I need additional parts and due to the new part they are recommendating the SAME work will have to be done again only 800 miles later. I believe they did not diagnose the full problem originally, so now I now have to pay for a new part PLUS the work that was already performed. I called the service manager twice, but he will not return my call. I contacted the general manager and he won’t return my call either. what kind of business are they running over there? I feel they are trying to rip me off, first $320 now they want $700 on top of that! Also, my appointment was at 3 pm and they didn’t even take my car into the shop until 45 minutes later, thus a two hour ordeal which I ultimately refused the work due to redundancy. I have to do he work as the brakes have failed and I can’t drive the car, but now trying to find someone else who can do the work at a reasonable price. The part needed is only $150, but Doan wants $550 for labor??????? More
