Best I've Dealt With I'm from the Syracuse area and got zero satisfaction with local dealers, found Doan on the Internet. I needed (for my sanity) to do most negotiating e I'm from the Syracuse area and got zero satisfaction with local dealers, found Doan on the Internet. I needed (for my sanity) to do most negotiating electronically. Vast majority of dealers seem to have no interest whatsoever in that, even if they are connect via TruCar, Car Gurus, etc. Mike Huynh was very accommodating, and I applaud Doan for empowering him to let this deal happen 100% free of the normal dealer games. Fair price, decent salesperson, and very nice facilities when you do go there. I will not have a long-term service relationship with them given the distance away from my home, but I recommend Doan and it was worth a 90-minute drive for me to find a little peace of mind in what is an otherwise unpleasant process. Lease buyout Turned a lease in 1 month early with the agreement they would pay it off with a new vehicle lease. Worst service department I’ve dealt with in over 30 years Workmanship is poor, work completed is not checked. This third time I had to return my vehicle after tire replacement due to flat tire from a leaking Workmanship is poor, work completed is not checked. This third time I had to return my vehicle after tire replacement due to flat tire from a leaking valve. Poor credibility- decline tires for life program as they indicated we declined tire rotation . Invoices we kept never indicated this nor was this ever verbally communicated we would loose the program if we declined. To reinstate TFL program advisor told me they would split the cost of 4 tires. Well that wasn’t true either. I had to debate this with the cashier and wait another 30 min for them to find the right people to verify and then authorize the credit. Not customer focused- it is frustrating to deal with service advisor with service manager hiding in the background not taking ownership to talk/satisfy their customer. Buyer be ware. Don’t let there smiling faces fool you, as their handshakes mean nothing when it comes time to customer service! More
