Marlene did a great job. She was very attentive, informative and personable. Honestly the car sold itself, so I can't say that she was what sold me the car, but she certainly didn't hurt. I had a problem with a headlight as soon as I drove it off the lot. When she called the next day to check how everything was going, I mentioned the headlight. Within minutes she had someone on the phone with me to set up an appointment to correct the problem. Which was also a very painless event. I believe it was George that helped me with my financing. Originally he told me that he was going to give me 6.75%. When I told him I would just finance through Summit for significantly less, he said he could do lower. I understand that financing is one of the ways the dealership makes money, but it seems a little dishonest that they can get much lower rates, with almost no effort involved, and do not tell the customers. I ended up with a very low rate, which I couldn't be happier with. I'm actually glad that I financed through Doan now, I would have regretted it had I taken the 6.75% and found out I could have done much better. Overall a great experience and I would recommend Marlene and Doan to friends. More

Cory was excellent. He did not push us into making a decision we were not comfortable with and was patient with us. He knew the answers to all our questions and if he didn't know he found out (ie. if t decision we were not comfortable with and was patient with us.
