I had a problem with a headlight as soon as I drove it off the lot. When she called the next day to check how everything was going, I mentioned the headlight. Within minutes she had someone on the phone with me to set up an appointment to correct the problem. Which was also a very painless event. I believe it was George that helped me with my financing. Originally he told me that he was going to give me 6.75%. When I told him I would just finance through Summit for significantly less, he said he could do lower. I understand that financing is one of the ways the dealership makes money, but it seems a little dishonest that they can get much lower rates, with almost no effort involved, and do not tell the customers. I ended up with a very low rate, which I couldn't be happier with. I'm actually glad that I financed through Doan now, I would have regretted it had I taken the 6.75% and found out I could have done much better. Overall a great experience and I would recommend Marlene and Doan to friends. More

Cory was excellent. He did not push us into making a decision we were not comfortable with and was patient with us. He knew the answers to all our questions and if he didn't know he found out (ie. if t decision we were not comfortable with and was patient with us. My salesman, Wayne Ca May 2, 2011 This is my fourth purchase from Doan Dodge Dealership. This time, I chose the Chrysler Town and Country Minivan. My salesman, Wayne Catlin, did an outstanding job from start to finish on this minivan deal. I leased the vehicle for three years due to the many rebates and cash savings. I made three different trips to the dealership in which Doug Catlin, John Labate, and Wayne Catlin orchestrated a "team effort" to complete the deal. Wayne's knowledge of the vehicle, his professional demeanor, and attention to detail exhibits the quality people that Doan employs. Furthermore, the Service Department at Doan's has met my needs with quality work especially,and most recently, with my 2008 Dodge Nitro during the past three years.
