We purchased a brand new 2011 Ram 1500 Laramie nearly two months ago from Lessord Chrysler Products. From day one it had diagnostic trouble codes and the transmission would go in and out of limp mode repeate months ago from Lessord Chrysler Products. After wasting a month having it into Lessord's multiple times they could not solve the issue and were considering replacing it. We decided to take the truck to Doan Dodge to make one more attempt at having it fixed. In a few hours they had traced the problem to a faulty Output Speed Sensor and promptly called us to explain what they did and have us come pick it up. 10 days later the truck is still running perfectly. If we had gone there in the first place it would have saved us a lot of stress. More
