Awesome West coast auto was great. we originally went looking for a car for my husband but I fell in love with a GMC acadia that they had. We left and I ended up coming back a couple days later to get it. they were amazing at helping me get payments that I could afford. I would definitely use West Coast again and will recommend them to friends. Edit---- ought my new car from Moses lake branch. I bought a 2011 Acadia Denali. My initial sale experience was great. I was very happy with everything. TWO days after signing, my car rolled backwards while in park and hit a fire hydrant across the street. I took it into these guys and got told it was nothing mechanical. Took it to a mechanic and got told the function where you have to push on the break to pull it out of park was not functioning and that could of caused the roll backwards. Took it back to west coast and told them, got told they would cover my deductible for my warranty but would not fix my bumper. Ended up talking to the manager and got told that they would take care of everything, it would all get fixed. Fast forward a week to when I got my Acadia back.... my bumper still has a hole in it. I got told they would not fix it. I do not understand why they won't fix the bumper when it was a effect from the mechanical issue. Whenever I talk to anyone there I end up getting the run around. More

Overall Great Experience I found the truck online and I am glad I called to look at this truck! Since this was a dealership that was out of town for us Estevan sent directions I found the truck online and I am glad I called to look at this truck! Since this was a dealership that was out of town for us Estevan sent directions right to my phone and we drove to the dealership, Nice clean dealership by the way. Estevan had the truck ready for to view when we got there and was very cordial, and easy to speak with, not at all pressuring. (which was really nice for a change) after a test drive we were able to come together on a deal that we were both happy with and Christopher took us through the paperwork ease, I got a great truck at a great price from a great place! I told him what I was looking for & my price range & within 2 days he not only found me a car I was blown away by Reuben Esparza one of the salesmen. I told him what I was looking for & my price range & within 2 days he not only found me a car because I lived in Baker City Oregon & had no way to get there he came & picked me up & brought me there to finish the paperwork , pay & drive home in my wonderful car. I'm so happy & love my car. They really go above & beyond for there customers. This was the best experience buying a car I've ever had. Out of the park HOMERUN service!! I thank the stars that the "super cool Saturn" broke down in TC and we had our first meeting with West Coast! Then we were in Moses Lake and Don wante I thank the stars that the "super cool Saturn" broke down in TC and we had our first meeting with West Coast! Then we were in Moses Lake and Don wanted to check out a truck that he liked. We stopped in and Paul showed us the truck. Athough it was everything we wanted, the miles weren't right. We discussed what we were looking for and handed off our information. To be perfectly honest, I expected it to end there. Glad I didn't make a bet on that "assumption". Before we made it home, Paul found "The Truck"! We stopped in TC at their Pasco office and then the "I gotta have it" discussion began. We figured financing would be what prevented us from securing it like a Jersey barricade. NOPE!!! Again, we were wrong. This group in Moses Lake didn't give up, similar to the Kennewick group. The only difference, they challenged the amount allowed to be financed. If you are looking for a vehicle, stop in and have a chat. What is the worst that could happen? You might hear a no, not right now but they will be thinking of you after you leave. The best part...you will get to meet some really good people! Huge thanks to Paul Cardwell for finding the truck, Jeremy for agreeing to the deal and Chris Gauge for the endless paperwork. More
