Great car and service. I first did my research on line and found West Coast had some of the lowest prices in the Tri-Cities and a good selection. The sales associate showed I first did my research on line and found West Coast had some of the lowest prices in the Tri-Cities and a good selection. The sales associate showed me the cars I had printed out and was not pushy. He helped me with the car I wanted, then showed my a newer car with lower miles in better condition with a lower interest rate that did not change the monthly payments. They also gave me a free drive train warranty for life. Kind a removes the worries about the engine or transmission going out. Over all, not pushy and helpful. Prices lower than big dealers. Just print out the online deals and bring that with you. Financing was quick and simple with a lower rate than my pre-approved bank. They also had a great bumper to bumper extended warranty out 6 more years and 100K miles. I am not usually an extended warranty guy, but worked out on paper well. More

I met Don, one of the finance managers, later that day, who explained this dealerships remarkable powertrain warranty- again, he was informative without pressuring me to make a decision. When I decided to purchase my Kia Soul, my nerves were gone. I knew I was working with an honest dealership who would look out for my best interests, and they did. I told them my budget, and they offered me the best price, and found a bank that approved me at a remarkably low interest rate, getting me into my new car that fit my budget exactly.
