Great Experience to a drastic situation. I totaled my Chrysler 200 with my four year old son in the passenger seat after hitting an Elk. I searched on their website looking for a Ford F-150 and found a great deal under 30,000 with low mileage. April made it so that the vehicle would come from their Moses Lake Facility to their Pasco location that very same day to make it even more speedy. Ryan and Dimitry knew my son and I were looking for a vehicle to take a beating should the situation call for it again and they gave us an even better deal than the price listed and they made it very relaxing and they were extremely helpful to my son and I and they were also very interactive with my four year old, making it a pleasant and fun experience for him. To me, THAT is everything. Victor in Finance also made it quick for us to get the financing complete and get our son and I out with our new truck. Any mechanical issues, they dealt with in their auto shop before we took possession of the truck.
