The Audi side of this dealership is fantastic. I purchased my Audi from Audi of Alexandria and was not happy with the level of service I received after purchase. I visited West Broad for service on purchased my Audi from Audi of Alexandria and was not happy with the level of service I received after purchase. I visited West Broad for service on a business trip and was so happy with the dealership that I began to have all service done there even though I lived in DC. I have always been happy with the quality of the work and the pricing has been fair. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for Audi and I will buy my next Audi here. I would not recommend this dealership for VW. I have had constant problems with the VW side of this dealership. In recent visits the VW team has tried to improve, but they have still returned my car to me with defective/broken equipment and this team simply does not give me confidence or inspire the same feelings of good-will as the members of the Audi team.
