Mr. Reichwein is a knowledgeable professional and I depend on him to ensure that my vehicle is in top condition. No vehicle, no matter how well built, is worth the price if you cannot get it properly serviced. As long as Mr. Reichwein is handling my Audi service, I do not have to worry. P.S. I had an unexpected service visit. My emergency light came on alerting me to an under inflated tire. I had run over a nail. I called the dealership and Jay had me come in right away.
