In under three weeks and less than 2000 miles the 2004 Ford Ranger they had sold me was sitting dead on the side of 64. We waited far more than the usual delivery times, but never felt the pain having to wait so long (delays in Germany with manufacturing). The West Broad Audi are a phenomenal team and they care a great deal about customer satisfaction. they respond promptly to the calls and try to work with the customer to give them the best deal on price and finanace as well. Finance Manager Bill, is super nice and gives all the options with genuine advice.The turn around for delivery was super fast (under 30 min) & sper smooth. Best part was , the vehicle was puchased in both myself and my wife`s name, and did nt needed my wife to come to the dealership at all. I highly recommend the dealer if you are planning a new VW/ Audi purchase anywhere in the Richmond / Charlottesville area. More
