When I first started visiting this dealership in 2019, the service department was wonderful. It looks like with their building's new improvements, there's been a change of staffing, and now who they have the service department was wonderful. I bought a car about 9 months ago. 4 months later the car needs a new engine. This dealership has conned me and sold me a car they knew did not work. Starting with the first salesman when asked about test drive sure let’s drive around the lot. Then doesn’t call back , so can put down deposit so second salesman place deposit over phone . Talk about place on wait list and explain when place deposit they notify Hyundai of order , they build then ship to dealer, interesting. Ask for seconds contact info again oh just call me and gives their name and number . Luckily competitor gets vehicle first so purchase there. Deposit refundable for any reason call on Thursday ,have to have finance manager process they will take care of it . Monday card company has nothing in process so call again. They tell us takes few days to show, yes we know this but has been 5 days oh woops we will,process now . Fiasco start to finish , unprofessional, inept and no concern for customer. Glad found a competitor that sales was very professional , called with update and walked us thru process easily . Recommend stay clear of this nightmare . More
They charge $1500 for a pre-applied "nano diamond" coating. I asked for more information on the coating (there are some that are well worth this and some that you should pay to remove immediately) and coating. I said I wasn't interested in providing contact info but just wanted a little info. They immediately asked me for contact information like they didn't hear me. When I refused they ended the conversation. Just another scammer who only wants customers who don't ask questions. More
Possibly worst dealer in the nation. Sales does not give any updates on vehicles and if they tell you you are the first for a certain vehicle they lie just to take deposits. They make it easy to buy a car, but their service dept. Is the absolute worst! they never call you to give updates, and forget about trying to call in and getting to speak with a human being. I don’t understand how a place that is run like this can stay open. Every time I wanted updates on my car, I had to call into the main number and start dialing every extension of all of the service advisors until someone answered. I have spent 2 hours trying to get through to someone only find out that my car was ready hours ago. Will never use them again, not even for recall work… I will happily drive an extra 20 miles to get better service. More

Have purchased 3 vehicles from them about 99.2% of all service done there an have been going to West Broad Hyundai for the better part of 2 decades. Have purchased 3 vehicles from them about 99.2% of all service done there and will keep going back. I have 2 service appointments scheduled the next 2 weeks and have always been satisfied. Am I always happy with what they tell me? Well, no, because sometimes I do not want to hear the truth. Everybody is honest, professional and treat there customers the proper way, with dignity and respect. Overall, only place in the Richmond area I would likely buy a car. I have shopped around looking at other places, however none made me feel like family. More
Amazing Service! My family and I were making the drive to Virginia Beach from Rochester, NY. Unfortunately, we got into a car accident on the way. The car was not drivable and this could have completely ruined our trip, but Chris Hope at West Broad Hyundai turned things around for us! We called West Broad Hyundai and were told that they could not order the parts and fix the car in the short time frame. We spoke to Chris Hope, the service manager, and he made it happen for us! He ordered the parts and fixed the car for us in less than 1 week. We were able to drive the car home and we are extremely thankful to Chris. He deserves recognition for this excellent service. Thank you Chris! More
Worst experience ever with a car dealership. I could not even schedule service for my son's vehicle. I first attempted their website, which is not user friendly at all. I then left a message. The person did return my call the next day, but said I could not schedule an appointment without the VIN??? I have had my cars serviced for over 40 years, and have never been required to do this....before they would even schedule me an appointment. I then called back the next day with the VIN, and could not get ANYONE in the Service Department. I had to leave a message for someone to give me a call. In the mean time, I wised up and made the decision to go to another Hyundai dealership in another city. I was able to schedule a service time without issue in about 3 minutes. This appears to be an extremely poorly run business, and I would recommend anyone go somewhere else other than to West Broad Hyundai. More
Took my mother in laws car in for the same problem service 3 times. 3 times THEY did not repair the problem and charged me more each time for their mistake diagnosis. Said come pick up the santa fe. We can't figure it out!!! 1600 later and the check engine light is still on. Please people. Do not buy from this terrible dealership or page auto group. I will do my best to make sure my friends and family never shop there. Buyer beware!! More
