Took my mother in laws car in for the same problem service 3 times. 3 times THEY did not repair the problem and charged me more each time for their mistake diagnosis. Elevated to the General Manage service 3 times. 3 times THEY did not repair the problem and charged me more each time for their mistake diagnosis. Elevated to the General Manager. Said come pick up the santa fe. We can't figure it out!!! 1600 later and the check engine light is still on. Please people. Do not buy from this terrible dealership or page auto group. I will do my best to make sure my friends and family never shop there. Buyer beware!! More
Granddaughter came into your service department to get a state inspection, he said it would take six hundred dollars to take care of her problems. Two filter, alignment, windshield wipers and rejected her. state inspection, he said it would take six hundred dollars to take care of her problems. Two filter, alignment, windshield wipers and rejected her. So I find it hard to believe that a mechanic would do that anytime let alone with everything else we have going on. When in fact the only thing she needed was windshield wipers. It doesn’t surprise me that your rating is 2 in my opinion should be 0. Maybe it was because she was a young female. R Wheeler More
I have had a good experience dealing with Andrew (internet sales manager). He has been very informative and attentive of my needs as well as gone far out of his way to make sure I have been taken ca (internet sales manager). I did have a slight hiccup when trying to test drive a vehicle due to the fact that it sold and the sales rep I was working with was sick at the time we scheduled the test drive and unable to inform me that it had sold. Worst Service Rep ever!!!!!! My son was directed to take his vehicle to West Broad Hyundai for warranty service. They held his vehicle for almost 3 weeks with nothing being done t My son was directed to take his vehicle to West Broad Hyundai for warranty service. They held his vehicle for almost 3 weeks with nothing being done to it. Week two we got a call saying that the engine would be taken apart that Monday. On Thursday my son called just to hear JASON MANN tell him that it wouldn't be until the middle of the third week before anything could be done. FURIOUS is an understatement. I was calling the General Manager, the Warranty company and anyone one else that i could think of. His car has not been touched to this day. My next step is the News Station because customer service is a foreign language to them. Beyond Pissed!!!! More
Buyer review I bought my 2013 only 1 previous owner hyundai sonata in 2017 with only 23,000 miles on it . To me this was the buy of a lifetime , I just absolute I bought my 2013 only 1 previous owner hyundai sonata in 2017 with only 23,000 miles on it . To me this was the buy of a lifetime , I just absolutely loved the car. Until 60,551 miles later I found myself broke down on the side of the road. Since i kept up with maintaince on it . I figured it was minor , to my surprise I need a whole engine . Seeing that the car is in good shape and that I basically just bought I call the dealership and it's nothing they can do since they said my warranty ended at 60,000 miles . Being that I am a single mother this is heartbreaking and I'm forced to make payments on a car that doesn't work. This is outrageous and they showed no compassion to my situation. I wish there was a way I could solve this. More
