Thank you. I made a lot of changes to my schedule to accommodate Wendle's request to keep my truck and get the work done and there seemed little if any appreciation for that fact. The service rep said she would contact me when the parts are obtained but frankly given the lack of communication I am in a wait and see mode if that actually happens.

Gary, we are sorry to see your review. Unfortunately, your son’s vehicle arrived to us with water in the steering gear which caused the inner tie rods to rust and fail along with the steering gear. This typically is seen if the vehicle went through large amounts of water. At the time of Bryan's appointment we did recommend that the tires should be replaced but he declined that service. We understand your frustration, but as far as the warranty coverage goes, we are unable to help further. When we submit a claim to the manufacturer, they will decline it if things took place with the vehicle outside of normal operation of the vehicle. The warranty covers material defect but since your son’s was full of water it would not be considered a material defect. Our Ford Service manager, Ken Toon has attempted to reach Bryan to discuss his vehicle issues and has left a message for him to be contacted directly and at his convenience.
