After going to many dealerships today, I finally called Walt Massey (even though I own a Lincoln) because I was desperate to get my car fixed after being let down. When I showed up, Rick was very helpful a Walt Massey (even though I own a Lincoln) because I was desperate to get my car fixed after being let down. When I showed up, Rick was very helpful and got to work right away. He listened to my concerns and communicated with the techs to make sure everything was handled properly.
