I was disappointed with my recent service experience. What should have been a simple tire repair ended up taking 2½ days to complete, largely due to a lack of communication. Throughout the process, there seemed to be confusion about the status and location of my vehicle. At one point, the service department believed I had my car when it had actually been at the dealership the entire time. Later, I received a call saying my vehicle was ready for pickup, only to arrive and find that it was not actually ready. The poor communication and lack of coordination were frustrating and caused unnecessary inconvenience. This experience has left a bad impression, and we will likely consider other Chevy dealerships for future service needs. I do want to recognize Patricia, the Service Manager, for being kind, professional, and helpful throughout the situation. She made a positive impact despite the issues I encountered. With better communication and internal coordination, the overall customer experience could be greatly improved. More
