I had a bad experience. First, they did not get to my vehicle on the scheduled day of the appointment and I had to bring it back the next day. There was no communication from them, or reason given. Then once they did get to fixing my vehicle, they called and asked for more diagnostic charges, a total of $400, due to what they thought were aftermarket mirrors being installed even though they are factory mirrors. Then they refused to do what I asked them to do. More
