I had a bad experience. First, they did not get to my vehicle on the scheduled day of the appointment and I had to bring it back the next day. Then once they did get to fixing my vehicle, they called and asked for more diagnostic charges, a total of $400, due to what they thought were aftermarket mirrors being installed even though they are factory mirrors.
