This was our fourth new Chevrolet/GMC truck and by comparison our experience at Walser was not only better, but it was outstanding. Our salesman Tyler was polite and friendly; he quickly pulled up the comparison our experience at Walser was not only better, but it was outstanding. Our salesman Tyler was polite and friendly; he quickly pulled up the new 3500 HD for a test drive, was knowledgeable about the trucks features and took time to explain the details of the infotainment system. The truck was a good fit for our needs, and we decided to purchase it. Tyler worked after the normal Walser hours to get the GMC running boars we wanted added to the purchase. 3 attempts to repair the same thing. Plus the visit 3 weeks ago where I called to ask if they’d be able to get me in and finish that night. The scheduler said yes they’re open until 6. When I arrived and they diagnosed the problem (new thermostat) they said they couldn’t do it tonight as their technicians leave by 3:30. I told them I was told they’d finish it by 6 when I called. The service providers says they shouldn’t have told me that. So the people who schedule appointments aren’t giving out correct info. More
