I setup time to come check out a car at 1pm. We arrived at 3:30pm and someone else told me the car sold at noon. Very frustrating that I was lied to and that no one attempted to reach out to let me know the car had sold. We decided to look at other vehicles. It was a very rushed process. The sales person had an important family event to get to which is understandable, but you would think the sales manager could have stepped in to help finish out the process to ensure everything was explained and all questions were answered and everything was addressed. We didn't get a chance to review any of the car electronics with a sales person. Everything was just very rushed. Upon reviewing warranty/service protection service options they didn't take the time to explain this in detail and show us options. Again, it was rushed. We literally had 1 minute to make a decision. They didn't even share the total cost of the added options, just how it would affect your monthly payment. Upon asking for that price they then shared you can buy different levels of protection. This is not transparent at all. If I had more time I would have been able to read the details and possibly make a better decision. I also wasn't offered for my papers to be printed off. I would likely not buy another vehicle from Walser based on their service. Amy vehicle was recently in for a recall, and I asked about also updating my trucks ECM per a PIP for “extended crank, no start”. I on their service. I’m on my 3rd battery in 4 years and I attribute this PIP to my battery woes. They failed to update the ECM and told me I could bring it back, at $200/hour to get that taken care of. More
