No customer service ruined first time buying! I work as a manager and know what good quality customer service is and Fuccillo Nissan of Lathem does not have it! I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado I work as a manager and know what good quality customer service is and Fuccillo Nissan of Lathem does not have it! I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado on 5/31 and first off when I was pulling off the lot with my newly purchased truck my sales man Jonathon says "by the way your front plate is in your back seat but good news is it's not a requirement in NYS", me having the trust in my sales man believed him. Upon Friday pulling onto the government facility I work on, was issued a written warning from base police for not having a front plate because it is illegal in NY. And upon driving it on Friday 6/1 I discovered the truck has a horrible vibration in the front when breaking, which I took to my trusted mechanic he said “it is the rotors”. I immediately contacted Jonathon and said I wanted a front license plate mounted and my rotors looked at by service there is no reason a truck with 30,000 miles on it should have any kind of vibration, I thought it was the least they could do after spending $30,000. I live over 45 minutes away, I told Jonathon I could not make it there until Monday 6/11 around 5:30pm. He said no problem service doesn't close until 7:00p.m. I rushed through rush hour to get there in a timely manner pulled onto the lot at 5:50p.m. And immediately Jonathon met me in the parking lot with a piece of paper work that had a clerical error and needed resigning, so I signed with no hesitation. I then asked where the service member was to take a look at my brakes was and he said “oh they closed at 6:00p.m., I thought you were aware” at this time it was 5:55p.m., and then told me that his manager that day had taken the license plate mount for my truck and put it on a different vehicle and they would have to order me a new one from chevy. So at this point I am speechless and he writes a “we owe you” for the license plate and says I will have to come back down on Saturday to get it installed and have brakes/rotors looked at. Now I have wasted an hour of my time to drive there so they could get the signature they needed and give me maybe 2 minutes of their time to be told I need to drive back home and spend my Saturday at the dealership. And they send me off the lot again with an “illegal” truck according to NYS and bad rotors on my truck to where it feels unsafe. At this point I am just hoping when I return I receive some good customer service and they take care of the problems at hand. This has ruined the first time buying experience for me! More

Although there were a few hiccups and delays, my sales representative; Said Riza, did his very best with the transaction. He followed through with communication on these issues and also stayed late beyond his working hours upon completion of this undertaking . A suggestion if I may....the overhead music that was playing in the showroom was very distracting to the point that our conversation was at some points strained just to hear about the volume. And I might add not a very soothing selection of music which might help your customers when dealing with the semi-stressful act of buying a car. More
Very easy process! This was my first time getting a new car in nearly 10 years, I had no idea where to start. They helped me find a car I loved that I can rely on. Just be honest and upfront Saw a used Pathfinder and it seemed like a good deal. Drove over for a test drive. Car seemed ok and saleswoman showed me Autocheck report on her phon Saw a used Pathfinder and it seemed like a good deal. Drove over for a test drive. Car seemed ok and saleswoman showed me Autocheck report on her phone. Said no accidents. Ad said one owner. Negotiated a deal over a few hours, left deposit, and asked for overnight to think about it. Got home and it seemed too good to be true. It was as Carfax report ($40 out of pocket) I ran showed it was a former rental from Florida!! The one owner was a rental company. Further review of Autocheck report online showed similar info but it was nowhere near as prominent. No mention of rental duty in the actual ad. Former rentals show almost no info on these reports as the company (allegedly) does most everything in house and doesn't report. Why would I trust them? Called saleswoman Cheryl to cancel deal the next morning. She wasn't in so I left a message for a manager to call me at about 9:15am. No one ever called. Called saleswomans cell and killed the deal. She was sympathetic and apologetic. Now I am told I have to go back to the dealership to get my $100 deposit back on my credit card. Seriously?! Went back about 7pm today and got my refund. Another hour plus wasted counting travel time. Refund transaction was the best part of the whole experience. Maybe they do a lot of them and have that down to a science?!? While I am there, I seek out a manager since none of them called me as requested in the preceding 10 hours. What a waste of time. No hand shake, no name given, no serious consideration of my feedback about their deceptive practice leading to a waste of time for me and their own saleswoman. He tries to justify not disclosing the former rental status as he said it would have been disclosed later when closing the deal. Maybe I want to know that up front? Clearly it was important to my decision. While defending failure to disclose up front he tries to tell me how great it is to get a former rental. If it's so great, why isn't it shown prominently in the ad text? Because that's BS. He gets dismissive and claims they didn't do anything wrong. As a sales manager, shouldn't you think about what you didn't do right? I told him that and he fell silent. You be the judge. I told him I would share details of my experience with my (literally) thousands of co-workers when possible. Crickets from him. That says it all. To summarize: two trips to dealership, about 5 hours wasted, $40 Carfax expense, a day of frustration, and 30 well spent minutes sharing details of my experience with you. Buyers beware! I was very disappointed. Wouldn't you be? More

We recently purchased a 2017 Rouge. Very Happy with the car. However i have tried for three days to schedule an appt for oil change and tire rotation. I have left messages on voice mail on both Thurs and Fri 12/14 & 15. On Sat. 12/16 I called again and went to the operator asking for service. She told me she would page them, after staying on hold for 10 mins i decided they probably were not going to pick up. I hope this is not indicative of what i can expect from them for service. This is our first vehicle purchased from Fucillo, and to say it has not left a good impression would be an understatement. More

I decided I wan Jan 2015 purchased a car from them .. we had a trade in and out money down . We drove a white Sentra fully loaded cruise Bluetooth ... I decided I wanted a black one just like that .. so they brought up a blk one .. did all the paper work after 9 hours it was closing when we left .so on the way home I told my husband to try the Bluetooth and all the features my husband said this isn't the car we drive this one has nothing in it . So I called the dealership and spoke with the sales mgr Mike . He refused to take it back .. the next day he called my house saying not to give the sales men a bad review is commision will be late .. I told him to bad NO ONE would make this purchase right .he said I could purchase after market to put on it .. no I don't think so I wasn't upside when I bought the car now no one will touch it with nothing in it .. sad thing is all they had to do is give me the car I drove and they couldn't do that . I have been stuck with a car with no cruise or Bluetooth since the purchase which was the two essentials I told my salesmen I needed because I had sick parents that lived 200 miles away so it was a necessity .. NO ONE would let me talk to Billy because I thought being less than 12 hours off the lit they would make it right ...NO ONE that I know of has had a good experience there .. would never reccomend .. who keep people there for 9 hrs SMH and gives u the wrong car .. so those commercial u see r a bunch of garabage they could care a less about u as a customer !!! Poor Service and Overpriced Very disappointed with Fucillo Nissan. I dropped off my 2014 Xterra to have the serpentine belt, rear splashguards(mudflaps) and one fog light replace Very disappointed with Fucillo Nissan. I dropped off my 2014 Xterra to have the serpentine belt, rear splashguards(mudflaps) and one fog light replaced. I knew what work needed to be done, however, I still agreed to the "diagnostic charge". The next day I was quoted $1010.00 for the repairs. You can see the attached photos for specifics but about $250 for the mudflaps( including one hour of labor), $190 for the belt (including one hour of labor) and $520 for the fog light (including 2 hours of labor). I purchased the same quality if not better parts on amazon for $140 dollars. The serpentine belt took me 20 min to put on (two screws/clamps to remove one hose, push down on the tensioner and remove/ replace the belt). The splashguards took 15 min(3 Phillips head screws and two push pins that came the mudflaps). If that wasn't bad enough, the fog light wasn't even really broken but would have been just as simple a repair. The one set screw that held it in place (along with two other interference slots/tabs) had come loose and fallen out. I replaced the set screw in 15 min. What would have cost me over a thousand dollars at Fucillo ended up costing me $80 and less than an hour of my time. In the end, I guess I'm even more upset at having to pay a "diagnostic fee" for repairs I TOLD THEM I wanted and in the end they didn't even properly "diagnose" the fog lights. I WANT the mechanics at Fucillo to make money. I WANT Fucillo to make money. I realize that businesses have overhead, taxes etc...but this gross overcharging and lack of attention to detail is sloppy at best, borderline criminal at worst. This is the second Nissan I have purchased and my (ex) wife has purchased or leased three. Seriously reconsidering another brand following this experience. I keep thinking about people that don't have the wherewithal to understand what something should cost or the amount of time it would reasonably take to repair. More

The car wouldn't start when they were done, and they lost my keys. I had to have it towed to another place. They are scammers and liars, they have the worst service department I've ever dealt with in my life. I even had the Attorney General involved after they had my car for two months. Don't bring your car to this scamming dealership!!!! More
