Nice at check in but thought the over $900 cost for tune up too much. Asked to do just a few things and expected car to be ready earlier as the car appt was at 7:30 in morning. Got text mid day and then f up too much. Asked to do just a few things and expected car to be ready earlier as the car appt was at 7:30 in morning. Got text mid day and then felt that it should have been started sooner. Probably won’t go back as the cost of tuneups, maintenance and diagnostic check was double what we received at my husband’s local mechanic. Nice people though. More
I was referred to the Bellevue location by my friend, as I have always gone to Seattle in the past. I felt there was a lack of professionalism and respect from everyone I interacted with at Bellevue. I had to ask for the most basic of information and was given the shortest answers possible to each question. When I picked up my car I was asked for my payment and then ushered directly to my car without being told the status of my car and service or given any service records to see what was done on my car. I had to follow up and request the service record, which was emailed to me as an attachment without any subject line information or any text in the body—attachment only. I didn’t even get a coupon to take my car to car wash, which I have always received from Seattle Volvo since the onset of COVID. My experience was disappointing and not up to my expectations or experience of what a Volvo dealer should be providing. More
