After running over road debris, I made an appointment TWO MONTHS out to have my car checked and serviced - that was the earliest appointment where a loaner car was available. The person I spoke with told me to bring it in today and they could look at it to make sure there’s no major damage. When I arrived, I was told it would take 3-4 hours - I didn’t have that much time, so I left. I think there’s likely no big issues, but I guess I’ll find out in two months. Overpriced and poor service. I would only take my vehicle there while still under warranty. I never once felt HEARD. After paying almost 2k for my volvo to NOT be fixed, I was given the excuse that “ sadly you do have a older car and things are wearing out…” When I asked them to take another look, they found the actual problem and asked that I pay another 800.00+ to fix it. I reminded them that I bought my “older car” from them as a certified used vehicle and had only serviced it there at which time I was offered a 15% discount. In the end I took it to a privately owned garage that repaired it for less than 400.00. I was planning to buy another Volvo from them this winter and will now shop elsewhere. More

Bought a new XC60 in 2020. It was dark out when I purchased the car, and the salesperson left to say he was going to "wash it". What I noticed the next day was a bunch of leaves etc. piled in between the windshield wipers and the hood. I was a little irked, but thought oh well, I'll just take it to the car wash. The sales person also saidI could come in to have someone show me the tech in the car, which he was in too much of a hurry to show me. This never happened. It has been a not fun car so far as the infotainment system, etc. seems overly complicated. And now after carefully washing it/detailing numerous times, it still has mildew in every crevice coming into the sunroof, door jams, windows. I don't know how to get it out. Today I opened the hood of the engine comartment and it is filled with mildew and plant debris (pine needles). My car is always parked at my home under a carport and there are no pine trees or any trees for that matter nearby. It's as if the car sat under low hanging trees for years. I have called the dealership several times to ask that they please have it properly cleaned and to have someone go over the infortainment system with me, but NO ONE EVER CALLS ME BACK. I did get someone on the phone today from their automated switchboard who was in a department called "Hospitality". She told me she was new and didn't know who I should talk to. She then came back on the phone, and transferred to a voicemail box with no outgoing recording. STILL no call back. Re: SERVICE -Took car in for it's first service and had trouble finding the entrance to service department. Service advisor seemed to care less when I mentioned the vehicle had some weird things going on I was concerned about. Waited half a day with no comfortable place to sit, television, coffee, etc. The service are is worse looking than a DMV. When my car was finally ready hours later, I went out to see it had not been washed. xxx? This place is the worst dealership and car buying experience I have ever had. I buy a new car every 2 years. I have owned BMWs, Land Rover, Jaguar, Audi, Mercedes all purchased through Puget Sound dealerships and I can tell you from experience stay away from this dealership. The car itself is OK, not great. I miss my Jaguar F-Pace and the wonderful service I received at Land Rover Jaguar in Bellevue. Really disapointed in Volvo! Does Volvo Bellevue think their cars are so wonderful they can ignore their customers and provide zero customer service? More
