I arrived a day early for my appointment by mistake. Instead if sending me on my way, I was told that they could try to work me in that day. That was so kind and accomodating. I came back the next day for my scheduled appt and was happy that the communication was strong and the service was completed earlier than expected. I asked for an emailed receipt and was happily given one. That may seem insignificant, however, that request has been denied at another store. I felt valued as a customer and well taken care of. I was offered a complimentary car wash (another thing not offered where I have been going). I declined, but the offer and gesture is appreciated. This experience was professional, easy, great communication, and just an over-all "can do" vibe. This appt was for a company vehicle, but we have started using this service department for our personal vehicle as well. David Quarles was my service advisor (although he was not the gentleman from the day before that offered to try to fit me in). David was fantastic. This is incredibly refreshing after four years of very frustrating service experiences elsewhere. THANK YOU for taking such great care of me! More
Lobby has dilapidated furniture and minimal services. Time for services takes always longer than anticipated. ie. 2 days turns into a week . 1 hour turns into 4 hours.
