My service guy was great! ! The service it self was horrible. Your mechanic called in sick. My appointment was Thursday. You had my car until Monday. On Friday I was told my oi ! On Friday I was told my oil change was done but they did not know why the engine light was on. I would need to wait until Monday to find out. On Monday they told me they could not get the hood to open so the oil change was never done. I will not be retuning for any services moving forward. More

They also charge a “sales tax” that Oregon does not have to pass their corporate tax on to the consumer. More

They have a fantastic online scheduling platform, and automated texts keep the customer notified real-time on where the vehicle is at during the service phase.
