Not very happy that 24hrs after getting our subaru the clutch went out and we had mentioned a burning smell when the sales guy brought it to us to test drive. Well what can I say.... Well I was BLOWN AWAY by Mr. Benjamin Burgess an absolute STAR and truly genuine person, I just can't say enough regarding my meeting with Mr. Burgess. Daniel Sheets, of Lithia Volkswagon of Salem, was the ONLY sales person to immediately reach out to me and ask what I was in the market for and then set up several vehicles for me to test drive. He made sure my experience went smoothly and was very open in answering questions I had. I literally bought the first car I looked at and test drove because Daniel listened to what I told him. He helped me to see that it would help me get into that car I wanted AND still be able to add an extended warranty to my purchase by financing a small part of my whole purchase.
