Although my vehicle needed more attention than I initially expected, I was glad I chose to drive an hour and a half instead of returning to the one in Fort Walton Beach. Mr. Mark from the servicing team stood out for his exceptional customer service from the moment my sons and I arrived until we left. My 17-year-old even noted the professionalism and kindness of the staff, comparing the customer service experience to that of “Chick-fil-A.” This level of care and attentiveness made the wait worthwhile.
