This dealership it's great. Everybody is smiling and more than happy to help. I went in with the low tire and they checked my warranties and said yep you don't have to pay. And they even checked everything else in my car and let me know that my brakes needed to be redone in the back. I will go back again. I thank them very much for their help

Volkswagen, Panama City and my service advisor MATT were amazing. What I mean by amazing is Matt has gone out of his way to help in a bad situation. Unfortunately, our engine blew up in our Audi and being close to 5 PM. He arranged a driver to take us to Hertz car rental and kept us in communication as to the new engine. I have dealt with a lot of car dealers, but no one has the best service like Volkswagen a Panama City and Matt my service advisor.

The people were very pleasant and were constantly checking in to see if I needed anything while my car was getting its warranty service. The service manager double checked things for me aand he was a big help. They even escorted me to my car.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Handled a complex situation with ease and professionalism. I will continue getting my car serviced here and will also purchase a new vehicle when I am ready.
