When my car broke down three times and left me stranded on the road in all different neighborhoods i I trully believe everything happens for a reason. When my car broke down three times and left me stranded on the road in all different neighborhoods in subfreezing temperatures, I said to myself, "Enough!" Time has cometh. I know - I had to enter the car market.. a living nightmare of its own! So I moved swiftly and called the first person I think of when I think #HONESTY - my Pastor, asking for an HONEST car salesperson. He called me back with Kalina Gartner's extension... In meantime another friend of mine who just purchased a new car also gave me a phone number and a name... It was KALINA'S, again! Believe it? In less than 25 mins I had a car in mind, I was approved by bank, the happy voice of KALINA'S was giving me directions to the dealership AND the car was being re-pampered, re-washed, again and again(!) and ready to go. Mind you, I still didn't took my shoes off, at home, not even able to call towing for my old broken down car, who was not breathing, a mile and a half away.... Kalina KNOWS how to get exactly what you want, can prepare paperwork and speed up the entire process in time negative values(yes that fast) and how to work all the helping personnel around, involved in the sale. Saturday, I had to go into the Autobarn with the focus of buying or leasing, due to wrecking my vehicle. Chris Krause has always been a person that always greeted me whenever he saw me around service, so I decided to use him for my purchase. Betwenn Chris and Raffi, they both worked diligently to get a deal that would work for both VW and myself. Adam Hernandez was also the Finance person to help finalize everything, and he was also great. Needless to say, I walked out of the Autobarn very happy and the owner of a new vehicle, stress-free.
