Concealing information DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER. They purposely concealed repair history of a car that I purchased from them. Asked them multiple times for a spec sheet, each time they printed it they deliberately removed the service history that showed the car had been repainted. Further, I traded in a car that was involved in an accident, I told them what the accident was. They posted my car for sale with no mention of the accident. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer despite how good a car seems. The sales advisor who I dealt with was a genuine person, I can't say anything negative about customer service, but to everyone involved not sharing the service info on purpose is just a bad move. More

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment Chris hopped out of the beautiful new Jetta I purchased (after his very thorough infotainment center tutorial, of course) I felt like what I wanted mattered. Not once did he try to up sell or push a vehicle I wasn't interested in. Chris is incredibly personable, easy going and cuts through the BS. How refreshing! This is my first VW and I could not be more pleased with the car and the buying experience overall.
