Every time I go in for service the service writers are always very quick and accurate in knowing what is wrong. I had been looking for a new car for the last 18 months and had my heart set on getting a Subaru. I hadn't considered a VW, but I just decided to stop by and take a look. I wanted AWD, but I also wanted and had my heart set on getting a Subaru. I hadn't considered a VW, but I just decided to stop by and take a look. I wanted AWD, but I also wanted a high mileage vehicle, so Cliff suggested I consider a diesel. My wife said "absolutely not" to a diesel. She remembers the old, tiny, stinky, poor acceleration VW Rabbit I had many years ago. But Cliff was very patient and spent several hours with us, explaining the benefits of the new clean diesel technology, and the quality and safety of a VW. Cliff is the exact opposite of a typical high-pressure salesperson, which always turns me off. We test drove a turbodiesel Jetta, and I instantly loved it. It has good acceleration, handles well, feels solid, and the exhaust has virtually NO smell. It's so clean it even qualifies for a $650 federal tax credit. It was the last manual transmission Jetta they had on the lot, and now it's my car. I'm very happy with the choice. (And so is my wife!) More
