Great Experience My car was immediately taken in for service at the time I arrived for my appt. The service writer Aldo came to the waiting area in approx. 1/2 hour t My car was immediately taken in for service at the time I arrived for my appt. The service writer Aldo came to the waiting area in approx. 1/2 hour to tell me what they found. He described what the issue was with my breaks and honestly told me I do not need new breaks at this time. He also told me what 50k mile maintenance procedures they recommend but did not push me to get these done that day. My car was ready in approx. 1:15 which I considered quick. AND they washed it! More

Failure of Owners to Respond and Erdicate Issues After a month of waiting to hear back from the owners Gina and her son (JR) , when they promise to help you and give you their word that they will mak After a month of waiting to hear back from the owners Gina and her son (JR) , when they promise to help you and give you their word that they will make this right. I have lost hope. When the owners promise to call you back after 15 plus texts and emails and repeated voicemails and phone messages left , and the used car sales manager( dennis) states" a shady deal occurred and there is nothing left to say" and then tells you he doesn't want to hear what you have to say and then treats you like you have done something wrong- it is not right. He was rude condescending and arrogant. He was beyond disrespectful and had no respect for me as a female. I question the honesty and integrity of car dealers. They promise you to fix things yet ignore the opportunity to make things right or correct their error. I honestly know if I did that in my profession I wouldn't be employed. So sad to know that the leadership team has failed to make things right, yet were in leadership training during the past month. Leadership is the foundation of all establishments. My experience with these owners has been full of a lot of talk and no action and not even a return call Has been given after JR said I will find you something- I have some potential vehicles that could work give me to Monday( one month ago) . Wish people could be honest and keep true to what they say. If the leadership isn't doing things right to eradicate issues or even have the decency to try that speaks volumes. However, I have to say Brett the manager has been gracious and honest, I truly believe he works for his costumers. and Caesar has always been very polite and hardworking. Service has been polite and Dave in finance as well. I hope they can continue to use their abilities to turn the store around and continue to change the car buying experience. More
