Certified used car The staff was friendly so that’s why I gave 2 stars. However, claiming that my 2014 was a “certified” vehicle was very disappointing! The day after purchase, we noticed a bulge in one of the tires. Since the tires were all mismatched and of different wear, we decided to put on new tires. The dealership that installed the new tires informed us that the brakes are in the red zone and should be replaced. I would think a “certified “ vehicle would have had the brakes and tires checked at minimum. When calling Apollo after getting the run around, no manager ever returned our calls or tried to rectify the situation. Very disappointing after spending $27,000 on a used vehicle! More

Excellent Service at Day Apollo I had a very odd problem with my 2015 GTI. It intermittently was losing all power while on the road. Ed helped me with my first and second lease vehicle. I think you are following the pattern now. Let's face it-VOLKSWAGEN'S are awesome vehicles and sell themselves. I could go to any Volkswagen dealership and purchase and/or lease the same vehicle. The service I receive at Day Apollo keeps me coming back to your dealership. More
