Even when I was sick from cancer and would have to take my car in for service, they did everything to make sure was operating in excellence! We had to drive to Philly every 3 weeks! The service dept does not try and make you pay for things that you do not need!!!! We TRUST the service guys completely!!!! What a BLESSING to take our car to a place were we truly TRUST the staff!!!! God Bless More

Quick and Complete! Came in through express for an oil change without an appointment. Took me right away. During the oil changed, they realized my state inspection was due (I’ve been putting it off for over 6 mos and actually got a ticket for it). Francis came over to the waiting area and asked me if I wanted it taken care of then. Of course! I assumed I needed a different appointment to have that done. I was so happy when he offered! It saved a trip, and most importantly my time! More

SERVICE Service Advisor was great! The fact I was lead to believe the State Inspection and Emissions were included when I bought the car. The cost of $50+ for Service Advisor was great! I had an appointment scheduled for an inspection, but they we I’ve had great experiences with this dealer all around - buying and service, since 2016. I had an appointment scheduled for an inspection, but they were running behind. A loaner car was offered free of charge. I like that they wash my car too!!! More

Exceptional Service as Usual I went into the shop on 5/12/18 because my check engine light came on. I went in and talked to Joe Mazzochetti in the service department and my visit I went into the shop on 5/12/18 because my check engine light came on. I went in and talked to Joe Mazzochetti in the service department and my visit was off to a great start. Joe told me about some mandatory prices, that were more than fair, and offered me some coffee and refreshments in the waiting room while my car was being looked at. My car was all done in a timely manor and I was told that my car was all ok and needed a replacement valve in the engine which didn't cost all that much. Joe gave me the final bill and explained all the costs on sheet and made sure that I was aware of what was on there which was awesome because I don't like hidden costs, nobody does. I left the dealership that morning feeling so happy about my car being fixed, AND CLEANED! Day Apollo VW is filled with some of the best employees I have ever dealt with at a car dealership and I will continue to bring any and all my car needs to them. Thank you so much Day Apollo. More
