The receptionist in the waiting room was friendly and helpful, the mechanic working on the car checked in with me re progress, I was out in plenty of time to meet another time commitment - and the price was right. I love my (now 9-yr old) Jetta and knowing I have good mechanical support from Day VW makes me very comfortable keeping it even longer...maybe another 9 years! Although the 2018s look pretty slick!
