Even when I was sick from cancer and would have to take my car in for service, they did everything to make sure was operating in excellence! We had to drive to Philly every 3 weeks! The service dept does not try and make you pay for things that you do not need!!!! We TRUST the service guys completely!!!! Quick and Complete! Came in through express for an oil change without an appointment. Took me right away. Francis came over to the waiting area and asked me if I wanted it taken care of then. Of course! I assumed I needed a different appointment to have that done. I was so happy when he offered! SERVICE Service Advisor was great! The fact I was lead to believe the State Inspection and Emissions were included when I bought the car. The cost of $50+ for Service Advisor was great!
