He was very thorough going through the documents and took his time explaining all the high tech features in the vehicle, he basically stood in the rain and held an umbrella over the window while doing this for at least 30 minutes. We felt very comfortable throughout the process and never pressured. We had a trade and I thought it was more than fair. Hands down best car shopping experience I have ever had. We even received awesome VW swag. I recommend to everyone. More

The van driver taking us to our drop off was a bit scary to ride with and didn't seem interested in talking to us., However, our returm driver was amazingly friendly and happy to engage us in conversation. It would be nice to add on an interior windshield cleaning to the complementary car wash. I am by no means complaining about the quality of work done or the service and sales staff presentation. Caitlin even remembered us buying from her last summer and struck up a conversation. I will come back here for all my car's services! More
