Horrible service What a bunch of clowns. Took these people 2 weeks to send my documents (out of state purchase). Every time I called for a update I was told it would b What a bunch of clowns. There was no legitimate reason they held it for so long. Meanwhile, they don't return calls or emails. This dealership is run and operated by amatures that don't understand the most basic principles is customer service or sales. More

Overall I had a very positive experience and didn't feel like I was pressured to by any specific car or add on packages that. When it came to the add on services everything was explained, the pros and the cons and it was up to me to make the choice. Very happy customer. More

These employees own Volkswagen and they want to make sure your car runs perfectly. Great service, and never try to add on services that don’t need to be done. I drive the extra miles through Northbound 405 traffic to go to these guys because Bellevue Volkswagen doesn’t care like Kirkland does. More
